- Information you provide: We ask for your personal and company information such as name, email address, phone number, Commercial Driving License ("CDL") number, photos/images, address, company name, company address, company DOT number, etc.

- User Communications: When you send an email or other data to DrivaLogTech, we may retain those communications in order to provide you with our products and services.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application Collect Precise Real-Time Location Information?
When you use the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to provide you with product services we offer. Without this information, the DrivaLogTech System will not be able to function properly. Unless you choose otherwise, we will not share your location information with other users or partners.
Information Sharing
DrivaLogTech only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of DrivaLogTech under limited circumstances:
- We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
- We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf.

Data Retention Policy
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information may be retained for up to 36 months before being aggregated or deleted.
To request deletion of your User Provided Data, contact us at drivalogtech@gmail.com. Note that some data may be required for the Application to function properly.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to our processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Processing may include collecting, storing, using and disclosing information, primarily under United States privacy standards.
Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our Site or emailed to users. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a parent becomes aware their child has provided us information, contact us to have it deleted.
